Congratulations to Lincoln College, which has been selected as one of just five national Defence Technical Excellence Colleges (DTECs), recognising its leadership in delivering industry-focused technical training for the defence sector. Building on the expertise of its Air and Space Institute in Newark, the college will work with defence employers to develop training in aerospace engineering, digital defence technologies and advanced manufacturing, helping create a pipeline of skilled talent while leading a regional network of training providers.
