Space Park Leicester is launching the NASA 4-D Executive Space Programme, an intensive five-day programme combining leadership and team performance with an executive-level understanding of the space sector. Running from 9th – 13th November, the programme brings together the two-day NASA 4-D Leadership programme – based on the human performance system developed by NASA – and Space Park Leicester’s three-day Executive Guide to Space.
Designed for senior leaders, programme and project managers, technical leaders and professionals working across space, aerospace, engineering, defence and technology, the programme will provide practical approaches for building and leading high-performing teams, alongside an understanding of space missions, technologies, regulation, markets and the strategic importance of the global space sector. Participants will learn on-site at Space Park Leicester, drawing on the University of Leicester’s extensive ESA, NASA and JAXA mission heritage and connecting with other leaders working across the sector.
There is a 20% early-bird discount available when booking at least six weeks before the course begins. The NASA 4-D Leadership and Executive Guide to Space elements can also be booked separately. Read more here.
